    Beautiful Halflong. ....I visited in 1989...stayed 2/3 days. ..one day in the old Circuit House. ....stunning view of the mountain s from the circuit house. ..wish to visit again. ..thanks Rongphar da...Anirban Bhagawati ex SNBC boarder 1987-89. Mob 8800110303
